Today must have been one of the hottest days of the year. Either that or I’m hitting my menopause. I woke up at 5am being taunted by a mosquito that somehow

managed to escape our very rigorous debugging routine. I managed to fall back asleep, and woke up around 10, this time not because of the mossie but because of the aching pain in my whole body thanks to the workout we had done yesterday.

We hopped in the dinghy and rowed ashore for a quick stop at the pharmacy to get my pills. We couldn’t find some of the paperwork, and I was fully prepared for a major battle to get my much needed drugs but miraculously the lady just handed over a whole pack of precious pills without any issues. Yay!

We celebrated our victory with a breakfast at the beach and then prepared to set off towards the north. There was no wind, so we had to motor all the 5 hours to Capo Testa. We found a nice little anchorage and anchored in 4 meters over sand. There is just something very satisfying about seeing the anchor completely buried in sand – I guess that’s something only fellow sailors can really relate to. 😉
